Musicfy.Pro is a music marketing agency operated by Andrew Kovaliov. We help music artists grow their audience through Spotify and Instagram via Meta advertising.

campaigns on behalf of our clients:

- Meta Ads account data (campaign performance, spend, reach, impressions)
- Ad creative assets (images and videos) uploaded for campaign use
- Business Manager account information

We do not collect personal data from end users (music listeners or social
media audiences).

3. How We Use This Data

Data is used solely to:

- Create, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and generate client reports
- Improve advertising strategy for music artist clients

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data accessed through Meta
APIs is used exclusively for internal campaign management purposes.

5. Data Retention

Campaign data is retained only as long as necessary for reporting and
optimisation purposes. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
